and every of you the said Constables forthwith safely to convey
and deliver into the Custody of the said Porter the Body of

of the Peace in and for the said City of London
and the Liberties
thereof by the Oaths of

Hannah Hatt< no role >
with
being a Rogue and Vagabond for having after the passing of a
certain Act of Parliament Intitled "An Act to render more
"effectual the Laws now in being for suppressing unlawful
"Lotteries" to wit on the Nineteenth Day of December in the year
of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty Seven
at No. 4 Ludgate Hill
in the said City taken and received of and
from the said

the Sum of Four Shillings and
Eleven pence of lawful Money of Great Britain and in Consideration
thereof then and there promising and agreeing to pay to the said
James Peglar the Sum of Ten Shillings and Six pence of like
lawful Money if a certain Ticket No. 1520 in a certain Publick
Lottery then drawing in Ireland wasdrawn fortunate or un-
fortunate on the Thirtieth Day of Drawing of the said Lottery and
the further Sum of One Pound six Shillings and three pence of like
lawful Money if the said Ticket was drawn fortunate on the
said Thirtieth Day of Drawing of the said Lottery contrary to
the Form of the Act of Parliament in such Case made and
provided which said

required to receive and him in your Custody safely to keep untill
the next General Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the
Guildhall
in and for the said City to be dealt with according
to Law and for your so doing this shall be to you and each
of you a sufficient Warrant, Given under my Hand
and Seal this Fourth Day of February 1788
