Servant to Mrs. Ann Waller< no role > of the Old
Bailey aforesaid Book binder who being
upon Oath Say & first thisDeponent
Informant Michael Roach< no role > for himself
Saith that on Wednesday Afternoon last
being informed by a Lodger in Mrs. Wallers
House that she heard an unusual Noise
over head he this Informant [..] by the
desire of Mrs. Waller who gave him the
Key of the Room Door went up Stairs
& having turned the Key & not finding
the Door open, he with the Assistance
of other Persons broke the Door open
upon which they found the Prisoner Elizabeth
Roster
< no role > in the Roomwith several of the Goods
& Trunks displaced and various Articles
of Household Linnen & wearing Apparel
[..] that on enquiry from the Prisoner
how she got into the room, she said a young
Man brought her in, who said he wd. return to her
in half an hour, that he woud sleep with
her there that Night it being his Room
that he (the Informant) asked her for what reason she had
removed & packed up the Goods to which she
