this Deponent humbly apprehend that the Release filed of
Record in this Honourable Court on the part of the said Charlotte
Dorothy will also under the circumstances of this Case
opperate as a full Discharge to the said Sophia Davis< no role > on the
said Indictment the said Indictment being for a Riot and
the Defendant the only party now thereupon could not be prosecuted
to Conviction for that Crime.
