Maketh Oath that all matters in distribute
between her this Deponent and the above named Prosecutrix were
finally settled between them on the eighth day of January last past at
the Royalty Coffee House
in Well close Square
in the presence of Mr.
Barnet Hyams< no role >
then the Attorney for the Prosecutrix Mr Dodds the
Attorney
for her this Deponent and some others And that in
consequence thereof a General Release was then Prepared by Mr
Dodds and executed by the said Prosecutrix And this Deponent
further Maketh oath that some time in the Month of April last
She this Deponent did deliver such General Release to one Mr.
James Mitchell< no role >
in order to get the Recognizance of her Bail
discharged which he undertook to do And that She this Deponent
was on or about the Firstday of October without arrested at
the Saint of the said Prosecutrix for the Sum of Thirty two pounds
(being the Consideration for Such General Release) and believes the
said James Mitchell< no role >
is now the Attorney for the Prosecutrix the
Plaintiff in that Action And that she hath by herself and others
made several applications to the said James Mitchell< no role >
previous
to such arrest for such Release but he hath always refused to
deliver the same And this Deponent doth verily believe the same
is with held in order to harrass and oppress her this Deponent
Sworn at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
