maketh Oath and saith
that he was by Summons left at his this Deponents
house in Fenchurch Street
aforesaid (as he this Deponent
is informed and believes) required to attend at Justice
Hall in the Old Bailey
in the said City to serve as a
Juror in the Month of December last That at the
time the said Summons was left at his this Deponents
house he was out of Town upon a Journey with his
Master (he this Deponent being a Servant to Mr
Monkhouse Davison of No; 44 in Fenchurch Street
aforesaid) and that he this Deponent did not return to
London with his said Master until the day after the Business
of the Session was over And this Deponent further
saith that he did not know any thing of the said
Summons being left at his said house until his
Return to Town when he this Deponent [..]
was informed thereof and that the Sessions was concluded
