late of the same Place but now of
Robinsons Row Kingsland
in the County of Middlesex
Gauzedresser
was by Summons left at the house of this
Deponent and his Partner in Trade William Rooks in Angel
Alley aforesaid required to attend this Honourable Court
to serve as a Juror at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
in the
said City in the Month of July last but that at the time
the said Summons was left at the house of this Deponent
and his sd. Partner in trade for the said Abraham Luke< no role >
to attend as aforesaid the said Abraham Luke< no role >
was then
at a Place called Stamford
in the County of Lincoln or at
some other Place in the said County and did not return to
London until upwards of a Month after the said Summons
had been left as aforesaid
Sworn at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
this 25th October 1787
