Defts last Night gave Notice of motion on
Saturday (ie thirday) that the Several Recognizance
entered into for the Defts appearance & Taking their
Trials at the Lact Leby sessions may be discharged
the Deft having same appeared & been tried
He by 10th. 1787 an Order was made to put off the
Trial an Paymt of Costs on the absence of a
Material witness

Costs Taxed at 23.3.5.
22d Feby 1787

March Session the Defts gave Notice but did
not appear nor was No above Costs Paid & the
Recognizance were Extreated but the Costs of
that session are yet un Taxed but will be
Free as much as there on the hormer Sessions
new process Hard are the Deft in Consequence
of the Entreal this through the Court will
Order the Costs to be paid before the Entreal
are taken off

The Costs will be full
£50 or More
