At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden for the
City of London at the Guildhall within the said City of Monday the
Ninth day of July in the Twenty Seventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc. Before
Thomas Sainsbury< no role > Esquire Mayor of the City of London James
Adair one of His Majesty's Serjeants at Law Recorder of the said
City John Boydell Esquire , Sir James Sanderson< no role > Knight
Alderman of the said City and others their fellows Justices
of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace of our
said Lord the King within the said City and also to hear
and determine divers felonies Trespasses and other
Misdeeds committed within the said City

It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing and determination of
the Petition and appeal of the liberty of Saffron Hill Watt on Garden and
Ely Rents in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
against the Order or Pass Warrant therein set forth touching the Settlement of
William Downing< no role > and Martha his Wife which sands duly
Adjourned unto this day be and the same is hereby further Adjourned unto the
next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said City at the Guildhall
aforesaid on Monday the Tenth day of September now next ensuing at the
Hour of eight in the Morning
