12th day of May 1787
Saith that on Thursday Night last as Informant was coming
from the Play he was accosted by the Prisoner George Hyson< no role >
in Drury Lane
who asked him why he run so fast. Informant
answered what was that to him. Prisoner then asked if he
did not know him sayd he did not, Prisoner then asked
Informant of he did not remember unbuttoning of his Breech
and playing with his Private Parts sayd he knew nothing
of him and desired him to go about his business. Prisoner
then sayd that Informant had letter settle it for he
would be downed if he would leave him and if he did not
settle if by fair Means he should by foul. Informant
thin disired the Prisoner to follow him hence that he
lived in the City and should not go out of his Want
unless stopped or presented by himthat Prisoner followed him and were met by the other
Prisoner
