now under Examination who say'd that he was just
by Informant thereupon desired that he would call him
in which he according did that Informant desired them
to set down in his Parlour which they did when Informant
asked them what they demanded. they sayd that they
should not mention any thing not doubting but that
Informant would make them or genteel Present
That Informant then asked them if a Guinea a Piece would
satisfy them which he held in his Hand and offered to them
and Ellison sayd that that would do very well and
that Informant should hear nothing more of the Matter
That Pinner& forththe Constables whom Informant had procured
to be in the House for the purpose of apprehending the
Prisoners and hearing his conversation with them then
came into the Room with Cook another Constable whom
Pinner had also spoke to for the same purpose & took them
Prisoner into Custody
