Barber Maketh Oath Saith
that he this Deponent on the
23d. day of August last Set out on
a Journey to Shropshire and was
absent from his Dwelling House in
Broad Street before the Service of
Summons hereunto annex this
Deponent being informed and believes
the same Summonsbeingwas Served or
left at his Home the 24th. Augt.
last 1786. And this Deponent further
Saith that he knew Nothing of the sd.
Summons till his return from the
Country [..] above a fortnight
afterwards.
