Who being on Oath severally say and first the said
John Dobinson< no role >
for himself saith that the Shirt marked sd
now produced and the street also now produced are the property
of the said John Dobinson< no role >
and were with devors other Articles
stolen out of his Chambers in the Inner Temple
Lane on
the twenty ninth day of September last And the said Thomas
Tucker for himself saith that the Shirt now produced and
Marked Tis the property of him the said Thomas Tucker< no role >
and
was feloniously taken from him And and the said Robert Oxford< no role >
for
himself saith that the shirt marked I and now produced was
pawned with him on the twenty eighth of September last for
four shillings and six pence And the said Charles Paxton< no role >
for
himself saith that the shirt now produced and marked [..]
was pawned or the twenty ninth day of September last at the
Shop of Mr. Davidson in the Borough
for six Shillings and that
the street also now produced was pawned the same day by two
Women the one short and the other Tall and that he verily believes the
