the said Morris having with him Parcels there, but that he
this Examinant never saw any Money pass between the said
Morris and his aforesaid Companions and Associates. That
there is a Way to Chappells [..] Lodging besides the Hair Case
in Common made use of That this Examinant doth not
remember any Dispute to have happened between Shipley
Gould, and Rogers, That this Examinant was asked by the
said Morris to buy some being Lawn and shewed this Examinant
Lawn of two different Patterns at three Shillings and Six pence
and two Shillings and Nine Pence P yard, and that he this
Examinant bought of the said Morris three Yards of Lawn
and paid for the same, and that the whole piece was sold
at three Shillings and Six pence P Yard
