"of this Reign Did for the Causes and Considerations therein contained amongst
"other Things Grant unto the Masters and Governors of the said Mystery &
"Commonalty of the Barbers and Surgeons of London and their Successors
"That as well all and every the then Freemen of that Company as
"Foreigners either native Subjects of this Realm or Aliens professing &
"exercising for their own private Gain and Profit the arts or Mysteries of
"Barbers and Surgeons or either of them within the Cities of London
"and Westminster the Liberties and suburbes thereof and in the other
"Towns Hamblets and Places whatsoever within the Distance of Seven
"Miles of the said City of London as well within the Liberties as witht.
"(except such Phisitians as therein are excepted) should be from Time
"to Time thereafter subject and liable to the Power Survey Search
"Examination Government Summons Convocations Ordinances Oaths
"Corrections and to all Impositions Taxations and Collections whatsr.
"of the said Masters or Governors and other Successors and to all
"and every the Payments of Money Charges Fines Amerciaments Imprisonmts.
"Pains and Penalties whatsoever by the said Masters or Governors from
"Time to Time for the Time being inflicted or imposed and that all &
"every such Person or Persons Professing or exercising the said Mysteries
"and Arts or either of them within the said Cities Suburbs Limits and
"Precincts of Seven Miles except as before is excepted should be found
"and subject to the same Laws ordinances oaths Impositions Taxations
"Fines Imprisonments Distresses Penalties Prescripts and Constitutions
"where unto the Barbers and Surgeons of the sd. City of London by any
"Act of Parliament or by any Charters or Letters Patent heretofore made
"or granted unto the said Masters or Governors of the said Mystery
"or commonalty by any Name whatsoever were or ought to be bound

And further reciting as therein is recited the following Order [..]
Rules and Ordinances are by the said Lord Chancellor and Chief Justices
alledged approved rectified and confirmed, vizt.
