"These are to certify that William Kingsley< no role > Esquire is sworn
"and admitted in the place and quality of Gentleman of his Majesty's
"most Honorable Privy Chamber in extraordinary by Virtue of which
"Place he is to enjoy all Rights and Priviledges thereto belonging
"His person is not to be arrested or detained without licence first [..]
"and obtained neither is he to bear any publique Office nor to be
"impannelled on any Inquest or Jury nor to be warned to serve at
"Assizes or Sessions whereby he may pretend excuse to neglect his Majesty's
"Service whereof I require all Persons to forbear the Infringing of the
"freedom & priviledges of the said William Kingsley< no role > as they will
"Answer the contrary at their Peril Given under my Hand and Seal
"this 25th. Febry 1662 in the 15th. Year of his Majesty's Reign."

upon a Case stated to him gave the following Opinion.
