Who being on Oath say and first the said Charles Wetherley< no role >
says that on Thursday last about 8 o'Clock in
the hung two Watches one a Gold Watch the other a Silver Watch
in his Dining Room, that at about 11 o'Clock at Night Informant
went to wind up said Watches when he found they had been
Stolen And further says that a Gold Watch and a Silver Watch
now produced are his Property and are the Watches that was so
Stolen, And the said Fletchwell Beaumont< no role >
says that last Night
about Six o'Clock a person now present who calls himself Thomas
Cousins< no role >
came to his Masters Shop and Offered the silver Watch
now produced to Pledge that Informant Suspected he had not
come honestly by said Watch sent for an Officer and had said
Cousins Secured, And the said Moses Murrant< no role >
says he went
to secure said Cousins when on searching him he found the
Gold Watch now produced in his right hand Waistcoat Pocket.
