was then and there
charged with assaulting And this Deponent further saith that at the
General Session of the peace holden at the Guildhall
in and for the said City of
London on the twenty first day of February instant before the said Richard
Clark Esquire
and other his Majesty's Justices [..] to keep the peace within
the said City of London

upon an Indictment preferred and found against him for assaulting one
