Who Saith that on Friday last he received from the Gentleman now
present who says his Name is John Robertson< no role >

Hair Trunk now produced in Order to carry the
same on Board a Ship lying at Hawleys [..]
Wharf That instead of carrying the same there as
Directed he took thesamesaid Trunk home to his own Lodgings
in George Yard White Chapel
with an Intent to Consell
thesamecontents to his own use, that the said Trunk contained
the several Articles of Linen and Wearing Apparel
now Contained therein and producedbesidesand also Contained one
pair of Boots a Quantity of Muslin Handkerchiefs, five Neckcloths one
pair of Black Sattin Breeches two or three White Waistcoats
andone Waistcoat piece a Blue Coat one Black Sattin Waistcoat and
one White Sattin Flowred Waistcoat which [..] things he this in
Examinant Sold to Mrs. Cookandin Wentworth Street
White Chapel
likewise two Shirts which
he caused to be pawned one at Mr Broadies in
White Chapel
and the other in Eastsmithfield
and one pair of Silver Knee Buckles which he soldat
to the said Joseph Broadie< no role >
for the Sum of four
Shillings and two Pence
