Supplemental Brief for the Committee
The Court of Mayor and Alderman holden in the Outer Chamber
of the Guildhall of the City of London on the 4th. day of December last
upon an Application made to them for that purpose ordered a Precept
to be directed to the Sheriff of Middlesex to summon and return a Jury
to attend at a Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
County of Middlesex at the Session House situate on Clerkenwell
Green on Monday the 10th. day of January last to value the respective
Estates and Interest of the above Parties in certain premises wanted
for the purpose of the Act consisting of 2HousesMessuages or
Tenements in Crown Alley

10th. Jany.


On this Day the several Parties attended at the Sessions House
in pursuance of the above Order (14 Days Notice having been priviously
given to them) and the Jury being summoned the Court upon an
Application made to them for that purpose, directed that a
view shoud be had of the Premes and adjourned the further
Consideration of this Business until Monday the 14th. day of Feby
instant at 10 o'Clock

In order to facilitate the Business before the Jury and wishing
to return to the Court in a friendly rather than a hostile manner
we employed the intermediate Time until such View (which was
fixed for the 1st. of February) in endeavouring to adjust and settle
the respective Interests of the several Parties as well as the Sums to
