WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London
and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate

aged three years and upward being the
Daughters
of

who hath deserted them were
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and were likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said

on the twenty third instant as other wife, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Catherine and Ann
to be in the said Parish
of and Town of Hungerford
in the Country aforesaid
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate

, forthwith to remove and convey the said Catherine
and Ann
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
and Town of Hungerford
in the Country aforesaid
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this twenty eighth Day of June One Thousand
