oath That sometime the beginning of June last he this
Deponent was in London
upon his lawfully business
That About the hour of Three o Clock on the day the
Cholrity Children went to Saint Pauls Church
but
the day of the Month this Deponent
does not Recollect
he this Deponent was walking along near Saint
Pauls Church
Yard and there being a great Crowd
of Persons Two Men pushed very much against him
and one of them as he apprehended Stole this Deponents
Watch from his person And this Deponent thereupon
caused the nearest person to be apprehended and
he was carried the next day before the Sitting
Alderman and was Committed to Wood Street
Compter
for Tryal at the then next Sessions for
the City of London
And this Deponent further Saith That
on the Sixteenth Instant he Received a Letter
from the Clerk of the Arraigns for the said City of
London
(hereunto annexed) acquainting him he was
bound over to appear at the Session held for London
in July last to prosecute the said Jacob Daniel< no role >
for the said Felony And this Deponent Saith
That upon the Receipt of such Letter he this Deponent
went to one Mr. Morgan an Attorney in Walsall
aforesaid to know of him what was meant by his
being bound over this Deponent being an Utter
