maketh Oath that he hath used all deed
diligence to serve Thomas Johnston< no role > of
highgate horse dealer with a Subpena
to attend the trial of this Indictments
on the part of the prisoner , but was not
able so to do, the said Thomas Johnston
being gone into Yorkshire or his busing
and would not return until the
beginning of November next as this
Deponent was informed by his Wife
in attending to serve the said Subpena
