and Ward aforesaid casually lost the said Goods and Chattles out
of his hands and Possession which said Goods and Chattles afterwards
to wit on the same day and Year aforesaid at London
aforesaid
in the Parish and Ward aforesaid came to the Hands and Possession
of the said Matthew and Stephen by finding the same Yet the said
Matthew and Stephen well knowing the said Goods and Chattles to
be the proper Goods and Chattles of the said William and to him of
Right to belong and appertain but contriving and fraudulently
intending craftily and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the said William
in this respect have not as yet delivered the said Goods and Chattles or
any part thereof to the said William although often requested so to
do to wit at London
aforesaid in the Parish and Ward aforesaid
but the said Matthew and Stephen to deliver the same or any
part thereof to the said William have hitherto wholly refused [..]
Still do refuse but afterwards to wit on the same day and Year
aforesaid at London
aforesaid in the Parish and Ward aforesaid
Convicted and disposed of the said Goods and Chattles to their own
use to the said William his Damage of One thousand Pounds

come by their said Attorneys and the Sheriffs have not sent back
the said Writ not have they done any thing thereupon Therefore as
