further Saith That he is advised that no Indictment
can be properly preferred against the Prisoner for
taking a false Oath in order to obtain the said Letters
of Administration until the same Letters have been
called in or declared null and void by the said
Prerogative Court And that Mr George Gostling< no role >
Proctor in Doctors Commons is employed to take
the necessary steps for that purpose And this
Deponent also Saith That he has been informed
by the said Mr Gostling (which Information he
verily believes to be true) that according to the
Ordinary proceedings of the said Court the said
Letters of Admicon will in all probability be
declared null and void on the First day of
October next And this Deponent Thomas
