Who on their Oath say, and first the said John Jony< no role >
says that
a Silver Pint Mug, Six Silver table Spoons and six silver tea
Spoons now produced, are this Informant
's Property, and have
been feloniously Stolen in his House in West Smithfield
in the
City of London
And the said John Heather< no role >
says that this
Morning a Person now present who calls himself Thomas Brogden< no role >
,
brought two table Spoons and a Silver pint Mug now produced,
to this Informant's Shop in Long Acre
, and offered them for
Sale saying They were his Father"-when this Informant
stopped him and the Sd late also. And the said John Atkins< no role >
says that, he this Morning found in a Cupboard in a Parlour
at the Brown Bear
in Bow Street
, the four Silver table Spoons
and six tea Spoons now produced, and claimed by said John Jony
