aged twelve Years and upwards and
Elizabeth< no role >
aged four years and upwards were by Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Two of
His Majesty< no role >
's Justices
of the Peace in and for the said City of London
bearing
Date the First Day of August last removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre London
to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the
Bars as the Place of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners and Appellants conceive themselves
aggrieved by such part of the said Order of Removal
as Respects the Settlement of the said Margaret
White
and the said two Children and humbly
appeals to the Judgement of this Court against
the same and pray that they would be pleased
to hear and determine the said Appeal and
that all Persons concerned may abide the
Judgment and Determination thereof And that
Your Petitioners may be relieved in the
premisses as to this Court shall seem meet
And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
