Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of
Nathaniel Newnham< no role >
Mayor and
John Boydell< no role >
Esquires
two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London
and Liberties
thereof one being of the Quorum bearing Date the Second day of
October 1783
Mary< no role >
the Widow
of
James Hardcastle< no role >
and her
two Children namely
Elizabeth< no role >
Aged Seven Years and
upwards and
William< no role >
Aged five Years and upwards were
removed and Conveyed from and out of the parish of St Giles
Cripplegate
in the said City of London
unto the said parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel
as the last legal Settlement of the
said Mary whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be Agrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal Against
the Order and Adjudication of the said
two Justices and pray that their said appeal
may be saved unto them and that the
hearing and Determination thereof may be
Adjourned until the next General Session
of the peace to be held for the said City
and that all persons concerned may be
then Ordered to Attend.
And Your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
