Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Martin
Ludgate
in the City of London
Sheweth,
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of two of
his Majesty< no role >
's Justices
of the Peace in and For the said City of London
, one whereof
being of the Quorum, bearing Date the Twenty First day
of May last past,

and his Five
Children
to wit,

aged Fourteen Years and upwards,
Ann< no role >
aged twelve Years and upwards, Jane aged six Years
and upwards,
Edward< no role >
aged Four Years and upwards, and
Jane aged two Years and upwards, were removed From the
Parish of Saint Ann
in Black Friars
, London, to the said
Parish of Saint Martin Ludgate
as the Place of their
last legal Settlement.
That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
to be aggrieved by the said Order of the said two Justices
humbly appeal to this Honourable Court against the
same.
Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly Pray, that this Honourable
Court will please to take their Case into
Consideration, and that the Benefit of
the said Appeal may be saved unto them
and that the Hearing and Determination
thereof may be adjourned unto the next
General Sessions of the Peace to be
holden in and For the said City.
