WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of

's Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
London, That

Margaret< no role >
his Wife
and their five
Children
namely George and thirteen Years and Upwards and Harriott
aged Eleven Years and upwards

aged Six years and upwards
William aged two Years and upwards and
Elizabeth< no role >
aged three
Months had
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said

as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said William
to be in the said Parish of Aston
in the County of
Chester
and that thitherto he ought by Law to be Sent.

quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said William
Moore and his said Wife and Childred
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Aston
in the County of Chester
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this Sixteenth Day of December One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Eighty two
