Judith the Wife of Uziel Barrah< no role > of Duke Street in the
Parish of Saint James Dukes place London Butcher and Moses Levy< no role >
of Went worth Street in the parish of Christ Church Spital Fields in the
County of Middlesex Jeweller severally make Oath and first this Deponent
the said Judith Barrah for herself saith that Barnett Hyan< no role > of
Ball Lane in the parish of Christ Church aforesaid Dealer in Old Cloaths
and Henry Phillips< no role > of Catherine Wheel Alley White Chapel in the said
County of Middlesex Dealer in Old Cloaths are material Witnesses
for this Deponent and the said other Defendants on the Trail of this
Cause and that without the benefit of the Testimony of the said Barnett
Hyam and Henry phillips< no role > on the said Trial this Deponent and the said
other Defendants cannot as the Deponent is advised and verily believed
safely process to take their Trial on the said Indictments at this
present Session And this Deponent the said Moses Levy< no role > for himself
saith that at the Request of the said Defendants he this Deponent
on Thursday the eleventh day of December instant went to the
house of the said Barnett Hyam< no role > in Bell Lane aforesaid and also
to the house of the said Henry Phillips< no role > in Catherine Wheel Alley
aforesaid in order to serve them with Subponaes to appear as witnesses
for the said Defendants on the Trial of the said Indictment at this
present session to be holden on Tuesday the sixteenth day of
December instant And this Deponent saith that he was informed
by the Wife of the said Barnett Hyam< no role > that he was gone to
Norwich upon Business and would not return to London until
about Friday the nineteenth day of December instant And this
