Deponent saith that he was informed by the Wife of the said Henry
Phillips that he was gone to Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire and
other places thereabouts on Business and that he would not return
to London untill about Christmas next And this Deponent afterwards
went to the said Several Houses for the purpose aforesaid and Received
the like Informations and which Informations this Deponent
believes to be true And this Deponent the said Judith Barons< no role >
saith that she will use her utmost Endeavours to cause the said
Barnett Hyam< no role > and Henry Phillips< no role > to be subpenaed to appear
at the next Session to be holden for the City of London in the Month
of January next and hopes and verily believes she will be able
to procure them to be subponaed accordingly.
