WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of

's Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Gregory
by Saint Paul
London, That
Henry Eve< no role >
and
Sarah< no role >
his Wife
had
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Henry as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Henry
to be in the said Parish of Saint Michael Royal
and that thitherto he ought by Law to be Sent

London, forthwith to remove and convey the said

from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Michael Royal in the said City
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
