Lane London Victualler produced by and on behalf of
James Fennell< no role > who being on oath saith that he [..]
hath known the said James Fennell< no role > for the Space of three
years, hath [..] not had any particular Acquaintance
with him, & only knew him was a Neighbour
being in the same place, says that Fennell kept an
old Cloaths Shop untill hs Wife died, which about
a year and a half ago, as soon as the Wife died he
left the House, but does not know where or how
the said James, Fennell< no role > hath got his livings has
seen him many times backward & for ward in
the Neighbourhood, but knew nothing particular
about him,
