Messrs. Welch and Rogers where he was informed that no such
Person us Chas. Young of Birmingham Kept Cash with them,
nor was the Acceptance to the said Bills their Acceptance.

says that he is one of the
Partners in the Banking - hence of Messrs. Welch & Rogers
in Cornhill, and further says that no such Person as Chas.

Old to this Informants knowledge and that the Acceptance
to the said Bill of Exchange is not their Acceptance
nor of any Person on their behalf And the said Samuel
Runshaw says that he is a Servant

pawned the Watch now produced with
this Informant for Two Guineas and a Half, and on his
coming again on the following Evening to redeem it, this
Informant secured him. And the said John Beamish< no role >
says that the Knee Buckles now produced he received from
the said Hyam Levy< no role >
's Mother. And the said James Chater< no role >
further says " he doth suspect and believe that the said Hyam
Levy Feloniously and falsly forged and counterfeited the said
Acceptance and Indorsement, and published them as true to

with Intent to defrand this Informant
