Middlesex to wit.

The Information of Jonathan Pooley< no role > of the
Stewage at Debtford Green in Kent Labourer ,
taken before me this 14th.. day of October 1782 .

Who being upon Oath says that last Night a little after 12
o'Clock as he was passing through Temple Bar , he was accessted
by a Woman new present who calls herself Ann Wood< no role >
and two other Women. That whilst the said Ann wood< no role > &
thir Informant were standing together, he discovered her
left Hand drawing out of his right hand Breeches pocket,
and on charging her with having robbed this Informant she
held out her Hand to one of the other Woman (at which
Li [..] this Informant heard Money chink) who ran off; and
further says that the Money which she stole out of
his said Pocket was six Shillings and a Half Crown
Piece.
