Whom this Informant supposed was either the Clerk
or the Coach man looked into the Backett and
declared there was no such Thing there, and this
Informant [..] doth verily believe that the said
prisoner Collier never pest the said portmantua
into the Barket, but believes he stopt a little
time behind the Coachandputting the Portmant [..]
down for a small pace of time, then took it [..]
and carried it away, with Intent, is he has no doubt,
feloniously to steal the same And this
Informant Honor Upham for herself saith
that the said Portmantu [..] Trunk contained
a gold watch with two gold Cases, a chrystal Seal set in
gold, a bombazeen Petticoat, five muslin hardkerchiefs,
one silk handkerchief and other Effects, the Property
