upham of the Parish of Saint Ann 's Soho w [..]
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Mi [..]
Surgeon , and Honor Upham< no role > of James Street< no role > Cov
Garden Widow who being on Oath severally say
as follows and First This Informant Francis
Upham for himself saith that on Sunday
the thirteth Day of June last past, he went with
the other Informant (who is his Mother) in a Coach
to Bishopsgate Street with in the said City of London
in Order to go by the Lynn and Brandon Stage< no role >
Coach from the Green Dragon Inn there, says that
when they stop at the [..] Gate of the Inn, [..]
Nathaniel Collier< no role > the Prisoner now under
Examination Came to the Coach side anddeceasedoffered to
take some of the Things to the Stage,andthis
informant ask'd said Collier, if he would treat
him, to which he replied that Informant neigh [..]
as he belonged, to the Inn apron which he this Informant
delivered to the said Prisoner Collier a [..]
Hair Port< no role > mantua Trunk belonging to his said
Mother, says that soon after he so delivered the
Trunk to the said Prisoner Collier, and after
seeing him go up the Yard with it toward, the Huge Coach
he heard [..] me person (and he verily believe it
was the Prisoner) say the portmantua is in
the Baskett, upon which the other Informant
enquiring what the Man said and being told, she
declared the portmantua should not go in the
Baskett [..] as if contained several Things of
Value, This Informant their called to somebody
in the Baskett & was imformed there was no
such Thing in the Baskett, at this time a Man
