and that he it Prisoner had met with some of about Eight or
[..] Jucks and as big as his Wist which was very
disagreeable. That the Prisoner in Cheapside sayd that
he had a Pair of Gloves for Informant and gave him one
to Try on which Informant did and there returned it to
the Prisoner. That they there went together to the House
of the said Informant Richards at No 4 Ball Alley where
thePrisoner was let in by Informant and share into a
Bed Room one Pair of Fairswhere (after wearking that
there were no Window Shutters) he undressed himself
and went he Bed
that the Prisoner upon going into the
Room remerkt that there were no Window Shutters upon
[..] Informant [..] out the Candle
and did it accordingly that the Prisoner then gave Informant
a Pair of Gloves and in mediately undressed himself
and went to Bed having previously requested Informant
to go to Bed first. That upon the Prisoners going into Bed
Informant went down stairs to the said other Informants
and James Wilkes< no role > and desired then [..] going up Stairs castle
Informant which they accordingly did and found the Prisoner
in Bed who thereupon immediately got up and dressed
himself and begged that he might not be exposed. That a
Constable was sent forandto whom the Prisoner was given
in Change

Informant Joseph Richards< no role > for himself saith that
on Tuesday Evening last the said other Informant came to
him in Bale Alley and Hold him what had Paped between
him and the Prisoner as above stated on the same Evening
