in the Breeches Pocket Ten Guineas in Gold, a Gold Medal
with an Impossion of the Tuner Hatholder on one side
and the Princess on the other and several Keys which were
alsotakenstolen That there was also taken out of a Closet
in Informants Bed Room a large Silver Cupand
Small one and two Gold Rings and also several, Then
Articles of Linen That upon Informants going down
Stairs he found the Street Door open and the Glass Turn
over the Door broke so as to admit a Persons going
through That Informant having known the Prisoner
for sixteen years and upwards and being perfectly sure
that he was the Person that threw himself upon Informant
in [..] with William [..] by-a Watchman to
the Prisoners House in Bookers Gardens Leaden Hall [..]
where they knockt at the Door and askt for the Prisoner who
they were told was not at home nor had he been there that
Night that it was then between two and three o'Clock this
Morning that Informant and the Watchman then went to
the Watch House where they stay'd about ten Minutes and
there returned with the Watchman and the Constable of
the Night to the Prisoner House and in their Way there
in London Hale Street next the end of Creechurch, London met the Prisoner
and two other Persons whereupon Informant charged
the Prisoner with having broke into his House and
robbed him as aforesaid and he was thereupon taken into
Custody by the Constable that Informant and not charge
