that he went in Consequence of the message beingsent
left at Woodstreet Compter
, and searched the said prisoner
Hainham, and found upon him the piece of Good
described by the other Informant; and on taking it
from him he said to or in the hearing of a Clerk of the said Reever &
Company, who was then present, I hope he will forgive
me for it is the first thing of the Kind I ever did
and this Informant John Kilton for himself
saith that he hath looked upon the piece of
Silk Loretto< no role >
above mintioned and the Paper wherein
it is described to be wrapped, says that the
writing there on is this Informants, and he [..]
verily believes the said silk Lovetto to be the
property of himself & his Partners above mentioned
