Informant George Lacey< no role >
for himself saith that on Tuesday
Evening last between six and seven o' Clock in the Evening as Informants
was going through Saint Pauls Churchyard he was met by the
Prisoner

that Informant passed him and looked back and observed the
Prisoner standing that Informant again went on a few Paces and
still observed the Prisoner standing and looking after Informant, That
Informant apprehending that the Prisoner might have some knowledge
of him stops and the Prisoner thereupon came up to him and took
him by the Hand [..] him to as with him into a Public
House alledging that he knew Informant having seen him
at the Blue Post in Covent Garden
. that Informant replied that
he was sure he must be mistaken thatthe Prisoner then made
Signs with his Month and askt. Informant if he understood that
Informant went with the Prisoner to a Public House the Sign
of the Crown in Pauls Alley
where they sat together in a Box by
themselves one of one side the Box and the other on the other that the
Prisoner upon going into the House called for a Pott of Porter but
Informant say'd that he close Rum and Water the Prisoner thereupon
ordered six Penny worth which were brought him. that he then drank his
Love to Informant and desired Informant would do the same to him
that the Prisoner then made Signs with his Mouth as if disposed
the kiss Informant and asks him of he understood it that Informant
