Produced in Payment that Informant sayd to Reynolds that
he would go and enquire of the accepter of the note was a good one and if
on Inquiry he was satisfied thereof Reynolds might have them
That Informant thereupon went out leaving the Prisoner and
Reynold in the House with the Goods and not finding the accepter
of the Bell where he was directed to enquire for him he
returned therewith to the said other Informant House where
he learn't that the Prisoner and Reynolds were both gone
away and and taken the Goods with them-Informant
saith that when he went out to enquire about the Bill
he desired the Prisoner and Reynolds not go away nor take the Goods
tell he returned and was satisfied with the goodness of the
Bill
