being on Oath Severally say as follows and first this
Informant Matthew Kealy for himself saith that
between seven and Eight O'Clock this Morning he this
Informant was told by

a Boy living in the
Neighbourhood that

some of their Goods
[..] and informing him which way they
were gone he this Informant immediately

and in a Passage between Cheapside
and Honey Lane

the Prisoner now under
Examination carrying a Chest Boh
[..] Tea, and immediately
asked him where he was carrying said Chest of Tea, the
said Prisoner Bent up, Med he did not know, on which
he pulled the Chest off his Back, and the other Informant
Richards coming up at this time seized the said Joseph
Bent and carried him and the Tea back to then Master's
House, says he knows the Tea to be the Property of his
said Masters, having the night

marked it, says he believes the said Tea to be of the
Value of twenty pounds and towards-And this
