Victuallen taken this 5th. Day of Octr
1781

Edward Ryland< no role > that last Monday night about
askt o clock he was in the Poultry Compter and saw
the Prisoner with a Bundle concealed under his Cond
and took it from him andit asfound the Tankard
which is now produced intheHankerchief
John Parson< no role > on his Oath Saith that the Prisoner
was at his House at the House and Doners on
Bread Street Hill in London about Six o Clock in the
Evening, the meet, Day Informant missed a
Silver Tankard, and that the Tankard now
produced is the very same which he lost a
Richard Hilliard< no role > on his Oath saith, that last
Monday night about eight oclock he was called
to by Informant Ryland in the Poultry Compter
who prouglets the prisoner and the Tank and now
produced to him, and that is has not been out
of his Custody since
