on her Oath Saith on the 27th day of
September last about four o Clock in the Evening
the Prisoner Gilbert Babbage< no role >
came into her House
in Walbrook Streets< no role >
. and enquired if there was any
Letter for him out of the Country. that Informant
left the prisoner in the Kitchin while She went to
the Street door. and on her reurn back she met
him on the Starcare going out about five Minutes
after informant mited a Silver In the Spoon of a
Shelf in the Kitchin where the prisoner was, and
as no other person had been in the room since she
saw the spoon but the prisoner she suspected him
Informant Mores Orrs on her Oath Saith that
last Wednesday Eveng. he was sent for by Informant
Jones to take the Prisoner upon Suspetion of Stealing
a Silver spoon. that he went to Mrs Jones Home and
found the prisoner there and took charge of him and
conducted him towards the Poultry
Compter and
prisoner then said if he shod. return to Mrs Jones
Stoure Newauald inform her where the spoon was
for he had stolen its and sold [..] it for seven shillings

Saith that about a Week on nine Days since the
prisoner came to her and desired her to purchase a
Silver Spoon< no role >
of him she made objections but he
a sums her It was her own she gave him Seven shillings
and Six Pence for the same Informant Jones
saith that the spoon now produced is the same she
sort
