and accordingly said Sakey returned with the said two pieces
and this Informant paid him for the same four pounds
Eighteen Shillings, says that the Informants Mary Davis< no role > and
Sarah Simon< no role > came in and went out of the Room whilst the this
Informant and Sakey were bargaining for the Velvet, and
that the other Informant Ann Groves< no role > , who is this Informants
Servant brought a Yard into the Room whilst the said
Sakey was there, and this Informent further saith that
she sold a Yard and a half of each of the said pieces to the
Informant Boyce for our Guinea, on the very same day that
she bought it, says she believes the two pieces now
produced to be the very same she sold to the sd. Boyce,
says that she hath since disposed of the Remainder of
both pieces to differents Persons, And this Informant Mary
Davis for himself saith that on Sunday the seventh Instant
she saw the said Isaac Sakey< no role > at her Mothers by Apartments
in Dukes Place aforesaid, offering some figured Velvet
to Sale, says that she saw her Mother measure it, that she
ask'd her how she liked it, and this Informant answered
she did not understand it, says she knows said Sakey
left the pieces, and saw her Mother with Gold and Silver
in her Hand to pay for them with but what she paid in
particular she took no Notice of and therefore cannot
speak to, and this Informant Sarah Simon for herself
saith that she was in the Apartments of said Sarah Davis< no role >
on the seventh Instant, and saw the said Isaac Sakey< no role >
there, And this Informant Ann Groves< no role > for himself saith
that the said Isaac Sakey< no role > came to this Apartments of
said Sarah Davis< no role > on Sunday the 7th. Instant in the fore
-noon with a Bundle under his great Coat, that they
continued together sometime and which said Sakey
was there sd Sarah Davis< no role > called to her this Informant to
bring her the Yard, which she did accordingly
