obtained Judgment in His Majestys Court of Kings Bench at
Westminster
againt

Evan Pugh< no role >
Esqr.
two of the Inhabitants of the City of London
for the Sum of One
thousand four hundred and sixty seven pounds for Damages
which your Petitioner had sustained as well by reason of the
unlawful riotous and tumultuous assembly of divers Persons
to the Number of twelve and more at the Parish of Allhallows
London
Wall in the Ward of Broad Street
in London aforesaid and
there unlawfully feloniously and with force wholly demolishing
a Dwelling house of your Petitioner situate and being in the
Parish and Ward
aforesaid together with divers Goods and
Chattles of Your Petitioner where with the said Dwelling house
was furnished And also for your Petitioners Costs and Charges
by him about his Suit in that behalf expended And his
Majestys Writ
of Fieri facias on the said Judgment hath
been delivered to the Sheriffs of the said City
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays this
Honourable Court will be pleased to order the
said Damages so recovered by your Petitioner
to be raised and levied on the Inhabitants
of the said City and paid to your Petitioners
according to the form of the Statute in such
Case made and provided
