to Prosecute and give Evidence against him untill the said Sessions
He not being able to procure sufficient Bail remained in Custody
untill the February Sessions following.
At the Sessions in Feby 1780 The Court was pleased to
set Callund at large on his entring into a Recognizance of £100
together with Joseph Clark< no role >
& Tobias Wildman< no role >
of £40 each for
Callunds Appearance at the Old Bailey
Sessions after the then
next Assizes for the County of Bedford & to further respite
the Recognizances of the several Persons to Prosecute and
give Evidence agt. him
Serjeant Taylor the Principal was Indicted at the Sent
Assizes 1780 held for the County of Bedford and not being
apprehended he was at the last Summer Assizes outlawed
thereon
At the Present Session an Indictment has been preferred in Middlesex
& found against Callund as Accessary after the Fact.
At the Callund was committed & charged with being an Accessary
after the Fact in London and of Course the Witnesses were bound
over to Prosecute him there yet it has been thought adviseable
to charge him With the Crime in Middlesex
instead of London
You will Please to move that the Recognizances
entered into for the Prosecuting of him in London
may be [..] respited until the
next Old Bailey

N.B. Callund is still at large, & it is intended to give his
Bail Notice to surrender him at the next Sessions to
taken his Tryal
