First the Informant John Crawford< no role >
saith that the Prisoner
Charles Martin< no role >
came this Day into his said Master Shop in the
Minones and asked to look at a watch that Informant shused
him two Lord Price one whereupon the Prisoner desired to see before
that Informant went up stairs to Fetch some and soon after
heard his Witness say that the prisoner had ran away with a
Watch that Informant came down and went out in Pursuit
of him that the Prisoner was stopped by the other Informant and
the Watch was produced taken out of the Ruee of his Breeke
which is the property of law said Master
The said Informant Thomas Parrott< no role >
saith that being
at the Sloop of the said William Windsor< no role >
in the Minones thus day
he was told by Mr Windsor< no role >
that the Prisoner had taken a Watch
that he thereupon pursued and stopped him in George Street
in
the Minonies and took out of the Rules of his Breeches the Walde
now produced which was clamied by the said other Informant
to be property of the said william Windsor< no role >
his Master
