Nevertheless the said Alex and Anderson Thomas Cook< no role > in no wise regarding
his Duty in that behalf but contriving and intending as much as in him
lay altogether to wit and put off the due Execution of his said Office on the
said 21st day of Decr in the16th21st year aforesaid and continually afterwards
untill the Day of the Taking of this Inquisition at the Parish last aforesd
in the Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid the said Office of one of the
Wardmote Inquestmen aforesd. unlawfully obstinately wilfully and
Contemptuously did altogether neglect and refuse and hath neglected
and refused and yet doth intirely neglect and refuse to take upon
himself and Execute against his said Duty to the bad Example
of all other in the Like Case offending and against the Peace of our
said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity
